3. Host Responsibilities

The Host agrees to take full responsibility for the following:

All actions and behavior of guests during the event.
Any damage to the property, furniture, equipment, or premises during the event.
Ensuring all guests comply with local laws (including smoking, age restrictions, alcohol, etc.).
Cleaning up after the event or paying an additional cleaning fee if required.
Providing any additional security, staff, or permits if needed based on the nature of the event.
Ensuring no illegal activity or disorderly conduct takes place on the premises.

4. Venue Disclaimer

The Venue is not liable for:

Any injuries, losses, or damages to guests or personal property.
Any legal consequences resulting from the Host's or guests’ actions.
Any cancellations or disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disaster, government restriction, etc.).

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least _ days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than _ days before the event may forfeit the deposit.

6. Acknowledgment
